v4.0 and v4.1 - Build ready for Game Jam

These two updates (v4.0 and v4.1)    cover the following:

-   Whole dating logic for the two characters is completed. You get bonus depending on the skills you have and additional points depending on your answers to the character. If you do not have a certain amount of match percentage by the end of all the chats, you will have to restart the chat with that character. If you are above, then you will discover the amazing dates we have prepared! 

- There are more possible actions to do now: read a book, watch TV, work, go outside... 

- You can also go to bed in the evening if you do not feel like dating on that day and you just want to farmer some skills.

- BUG; Remove some issues in the  RichTextEditor

- There is a tutorial in the dating app that comes up the first time you use the app.

- Add some overlays to prepare for the future day cycle functionalities.

- A big amount of small things hahah

- Improve Susie's role in the tutorial on how to play the game!

We say in the game that Yuki has OCD,  and regarding mental health and covid, we would love to deep in this with the other characters, creating complete, informative conversations about all these things.
